A native of Louisiana with living experiences in California’s Bay Area, Central Coast and Central Valley. Graduate of San Jose High, Yuba College, California State University at Fresno. Living experiences in New England Area with Master Degree from Notre Dame College and Doctor of Philosophy from Boston College. Professional experiences serving as a soil scientist with the USDA and serving as a Planning Commissioner. These experiences provide valuable knowledge of land use and soil types. I have taught at the University of The West Indies; Southern University of New Orleans; and online at Grand Canyon University. Currently, I am an independent broker licensed in three states; California, Louisiana and Mississippi.
I have three decades of working with buyers and sellers on land and lot sales, residential, multi-family and low rise commercial properties. My sales philosophy is to negotiate the highest and best price for my seller clients and the lowest market price for my buyers. This takes skills I have learned through years of experience using pricing strategies and my real estate negotiation expertise. I pride myself and endeavor to get five star reviews on customer satisfaction. Informing buyer and seller of written expectations by using a buyer’s listing agreement which details ‘what I do” and seller’s marketing lists of actions that I will perform to get their property sold.
